What I do
The past two years have been tough on everyone and many of us kept the show on the road, despite feeling tired, overwhelmed or scared at times. Juggling the needs of family and friends, while the lines around work-life balance and working from home became so blurred, that many feel in a constant stage of urgency or time famine.
My work encourages men and women to prioritise what matters, instead of what’s urgent, before it’s too late.
Our health, our relationships with loved ones and the things that make our heart sing, often get sidelined in the hustle of life since Covid. And there will never be time… unless we dedicate to it.
I work with individuals on a one to one basis, combining coaching and mentoring and my real-life programmes. I also love to speak to groups, workplaces or organisations on a range of topics which include:

I also provide a variety of wellbeing programmes that provide practical tools and realistic solutions to the everyday stresses and strains.
